Recruitment Methodology

Then pending their suitability, a full reference-check would be undertaken to determine character profiles.

As our search assignments are highly time-sensitive, we work accordingly to the demands of the client. When Manhattan Group is assigned as PSA, we will assign this as a priority, and dedicate resources to ensure the assignment is managed based on key performance benchmarks stipulated in the PSA.
